It is great for keeping track of questions you want to ask your doctor, for the long and ever-changing medication list, the grocery list, emergency contact numbers, or whatever.

Just got mine and it is a very nice bag. You can carry it with the detachable shoulder strap (for the ladies) or you can remove the strap and attach it to your belt (for the guys). There are plenty of pockets for everything.
